Brokerage Setup · Europe

Enter Europe with the right structure, first time.

Europe is the most demanding — and most rewarding — region to operate a brokerage. Whether your route is EU brokerage incorporation with CySEC license support, or an offshore licensing structure serving non-EU clients from a European operational base, we design the setup that fits your budget, timeline and target markets.

CySEC license support — the EU passport route

A Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) license from CySEC remains the most common gateway to marketing across the EU under MiFID II passporting. It is also a serious commitment: capital requirements, local directors, compliance staffing and an application process measured in months. We prepare founders for what the file really requires, coordinate with local counsel and audit partners, and keep the project moving.

  • Feasibility and capital-requirement assessment before you spend
  • License file preparation coordinated with Cyprus-based partners
  • Corporate structuring: holding, operating and IP entities
  • Post-license operational setup: platform, liquidity, CRM, PSPs

Offshore licensing — the pragmatic alternative

Many European-facing brands begin with an offshore licensed entity — Seychelles, Mauritius, or incorporation-first routes in Saint Lucia and SVG — serving international clients while the EU application matures. This staged approach gets revenue flowing in weeks instead of quarters. We run both tracks in parallel when it makes sense.

EU brokerage incorporation without the license

Technology companies, IB networks, marketing entities and payment operations often need a clean EU-incorporated company without an investment-services license. We structure EU entities (Cyprus and other member states) with banking, accounting and substance arranged through vetted partners.

One partner from structure to go-live

Incorporation, licensing support, provider negotiation (MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader, liquidity, bridges, CRM, PSPs) and launch coordination — one accountable team, since 2015, with launches across Europe, LATAM and the UAE.
